She is a Public Relations and Microsoft Office Specialist who challenges, inspires, and motivates entrepreneurs. Having an intelligent, creative strategy and plan are important for any business or organization. Tamell works really hard to tailor make the right one for you and your business. Her heart is to serve busy mompreneurs. She helps them to automate their systems to save time and money in order to be the their personal best in their business and their personal lives.
Born and raised in small, rural Bennettsville, South Carolina, Tamell impacted her community with creative campaigns, connected resources, and uniquely created an arena to develop leaders (youth & adults) and their passions through her sought after program development. She has been employed with the Magic Johnson Empowerment Center, Children's Defense Fund, Marlboro County School District, and Scotland County School District. She has a personality that grabs your vision and sets you and your team on fire with vigor and amazing ideas.
Tamell founded Metamorphosis PR Firm in June of 2014 after she saw the potential to turn over twenty years of public relations, event planning, human capital sales, IT and marketing experience into a scalable business venture. She has now added nine years of social media and internet marketing into her repertoire. Whether it’s rolling out a new product line, launching a start-up, or a strategic re-brand, Tamell has the experience to make your brand soar.
Tamell is an avid reader of all things technology. She enjoys being the "BEST MOMMY EVER" to her three children: Jasiya, Jakayla, and Jason Jr. and being on the journey of her life with her husband, Jason. She loves God and her family. Her life's purpose is to help birth and shape others into their purpose. Tamell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science and has a Masters Degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University. She currently lives in Blythewood, SC.

Jasiya "Jojo" Green is the 15-year old host of Jojo's PersonaliTV where her mission is to help youth and their parents explore careers and set achievable goals. She has interviewed people like celebrity Kim Coles, The United States of America Ambassador to Zimbabwe, The Honorable Harry S. Thomas, and teen actress Jillian Estell who appeared alongside Oscar Winner Kevin Costner & Olivia Spencer in Black or White, just to name a few. Jasiya is also the CEO & Founder of BeYOU+T. BeYOU+T is a health and beauty line of natural products that have a philanthropic focus to teach young girls how to shine from within while making environmentally sound decisions about their skin care.

Her youngest daughter, Jakayla Green, is the Amazon Best Seller of Daddy's Girl. She is also the creator of the International Daddy-Daughter Day Out which is a day set aside for Dads to spend intentional quality time with their daughters all across the world on the same day. She is also the Author of Write On With Jakayla: Creative Writing Prompts for Aspiring Kid Authors. Jakayla is currently the 2019 South Carolina Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Jason Green, Jr. is a 6-year-old YouTuber who loves EVERYTHING!!! He has launched Season 1 of JJ's World and it is all about science. Come along as he explores the world through the eyes of a 6-year-old. Jj is in Kindergarten. His favorite subject is Math.
